Youth Ambassadors
Children are greatly affected by incarceration of a parent or family member
Guidance for any child is paramount in building the citizens of tomorrow. No greater loss is that of a parent without understanding all of the reasons why mommy or daddy is no longer able to come home. Understanding the world around them and the rules created by adults can be very difficult for children to comprehend.
Our Youth Ambassadors Program focuses on justice impacted children. We provide events, counseling, educational opportunities and support providing clarity and more in a compassionate way.
Originally created for the youth of incarcerated parents, by request, our doors are now open to CASA kids and children of parents on probation.
These events and services are provided as a result of the work our ambassadors do and the strong partner programs TX C.U.R.E. aligns itself.
You can be a part of these children lives in many ways with your donations or just simply volunteering some of your time.
